In this discussion panelists discussed how we find and build the best art department for the needs of our shows as well as how we might go about creating better work environments for our art department, including better conflict resolution management, more diversity, and increased training so art department members can more often meet the needs of the team. While no one had all the answers, this was a healthy conversation about how we might build the best art department for a creative and productive workflow.

Panelists: Cheryl Marion (PD: Lucky Hank, Firefly Lane), Andrew Li (Sup. Art: The Spiderwick Chronicles, Art Dir: The Last of Us), Micheal Norman Wong (PD: Joy Ride, Wayward Pines)
